Development plans for the financier's private Caribbean island featured within the released materials.
Additionally contained in this new photograph release appears to be a property layout for Great St James island, found in the Caribbean US territory.
Epstein purchased a smaller island - Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but later purchased the larger adjacent island in 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
These photos suggest he had formulated plans to transform the 161-acre island by building residences, an open-air theater, an office beneath the waves and a swimming pool.
Visible on the drawing is a channel, a strait in the territory, indicated on the lower right-hand corner.
This development map is covered in notations in red and includes a notes section identifying various areas of the estate.
Accompanying this are what seem to be several other property layouts and architectural plans, featuring plans for dock shelters.
More images made public as part of the ongoing congressional disclosure.
